  • Thirty years in the market
  • Fully Type Tested at Kema testing facility in Holland

Tin coated high purity Copper bars
  • High Conductivity better than 99.995%
  • High purity better than 99.95%
  • Surface Protection
  • Good Contact

True Sandwich for both feeder and Plug-In
  • No need to separate or flare the bars at the outlet
  • High short circuit withstand for both feeder and plug-in
  • Low impedance and low voltage drop
  • No flame, smoke or gas propagation in the housing " Chimney effect"
  • No heed to use fire barriers

High insulation tested at 2500 V for 1 minute
  • Three insulation layers used
  • A combination of electrostatic epoxy class B and Teflon coated fiberglass (5000V, non-flammable, 250"C working temperature
  • For high ambient temperature or class H insulation required the epoxy is replaced by a layer of teflon coated fiberglass

Two bolt patent joint design
  • More than two tons pressure on overlapping busbars at each bolt
  • Adjacent phases separated with non-flammable
  • Fiberglass sheets (2 mm, 80kV/cm)
  • Joint alignment with two bolts instead of one bolt in the single bolt to ensure correct installation even with non skilled labor
  • 2-3 times higher contact surface at joint to eliminate any joint heating

Grounding and neutral flexibility
  • Integral casing ground as standard, 50% additional ground bar.
  • 200 %(common used with discharge lamps and computer installations or high harmonics systems, 100% (Full), 50% (Half) neutral available.

Transformer box

  • Enclose flexible joint and transformer bushing
  • Protect the system from the entry of any foreign body
  • Easy check on transformer oil leakage without de-energizing the system.

Aluminum Casing
  • Excellent heat dissipation (no air in the compact design, the heat can be transferred easily to the environment through the aluminum casing).
  • Significant reduction in reactance and magnetic flux leakage
  • Excellent ground return path
  • Excellent water and dust protection

Space saving prefabricated accessories

  • Corner elbows, tees, crosses, reducers etc.
  • Maximum layout flexibility
  • Optimum utilization of space

Five years Warranty

  • Warranty extended to 15 years with our easy maintenance program
  • Ask your local distributor for more details

  • Manage the dimensional uncertainties in Busduct layout
  • Fax the custom engineered piece to the factory and in 3-4 days we shipped it to you

Quick delivery and easy ordering
  • Quickest delivery to meet project requirement
  • Accurate layout done by Lectro Group
  • Detailed drawings in one week from receiving the order.

Tap-Offs

The Tap-Off boxes are made from sheet steel painted with electrostatic paint. Boxes can be equipped with either fuses or circuit breakers.

Tap-Offs have the following precautions to ensure safe operation:
  • A cover interlock to prevent opening the cover while the tap-off in the "ON" position.
  • An ON/OFF handle mounted on Tap-Off to operate the breaker without opening the cover.
  • A switch interlocks to prevent putting the device into operation when the cover is open.
  • A safety interlock to prevent insertion or removal of the plug while in the "ON" position.
